What is YLC?Youth Leadership Conference (YLC) is a Christian leadership conference designed to inspire, equip, and empower high school students.

When and where is the YLC 2025 held?YLC 2025 will be on July 14~18, 2025, at the JAMA Global Campus in Lindale, Texas. To find out about the campus, please visit www.gardenvalleyretreat.com.

Can I come with my friends?Yes, you may come with your friends. However, you must remember that this is not a retreat to play and hang out but to train and equip you to be a better leader with a better understanding of the Word and the time we are in.

Can I get a scholarship?We do offer an early-bird rate if you register by Mar 15, 2024. If you have other questions about the scholarship, please do not hesitate to reach out to us (info@jamaglobal.com)

Do you provide a shuttle service?Yes, we provide a shuttle service to transport students from the airport to the JAMA Global Campus and back to the airport on the final day of the Youth Leadership Conference (YLC). Please book the flights out of DFW or DAL before 1 pm on Monday and after 4:30 pm on Friday for return. A few days before the conference, we will send the students more info on who will pick them up.

I have a food allergy. To whom should I talk?If you are allergic to foods, please email us (info@jamaglobal.com) after registering and at least 2 weeks before you come.

What do I do if I need to leave during the week?YLC has very limited free time. All participants are to attend all classes and activities unless excused. If you need to leave during the week, please let us know.

What is the refund policy?If you need to cancel your registration, you may get a full refund if you let us know one month before the conference date.

When are all the forms and payments due?We accept checks, money orders, zelle (accounts@jamaglobal.com), and credit cards (3% fee applied). You can pay the payment dues as you check-in.

When do I need to arrive/leave?If you fly in from other States and need a shuttle service, you must arrive at DFW or DAL before 1 pm on Monday and after 4:30 pm on Friday for return. If you come directly to the JAMA Global campus, you must arrive by 3 pm on Monday.

What should I bring?Here is a list for you. SCHOLASTIC PREPARATIONS/MATERIALS • Bible • Laptop • Backpack / school bag • Writing utensils • Journal PERSONAL PREPARATIONS/MATERIALS • Toiletries (soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste/brush, etc.) • Towels, pillow, sleeping bag • Spending money (personal expenses, snacks, etc.) • Sunscreen, bug spray, hat, etc. • Indoor slippers or shower flip-flops Clothes - Casual wear - No revealing items, micro-minis, tank tops (worn by themselves), inappropriate prints. - Swimming suit (no bikinis, speedos)
